Tufts Medical Center Community care (formerly Hallmark Health Medical Associates) is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with GI experience to join out multi-specialty team in Stoneham, located less than ten miles north of Boston. We currently employ 6 GI physicians and one PA. This position will be solely based in the outpatient clinic.

The NP assumes responsibility for providing comprehensive quality health care to patients under the direction of the collaborating physician. Requires 2-3 years' experience in healthcare in a hospital or physician practice setting. Graduate of an accredited and/or approved nurse practitioner basic program. Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current certification in CPR required.

Education: MSN degree, and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required

License/Certification: Current MA APRN registration required. Nurse Practitioner Certification required. Current BLS required.

Experience: 3-5 years nursing experience required. Experience working as an APRN in a related field strongly preferred.

Skills: Teamwork and adaptability highly preferred. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills.

Other: Ability to be credentialed consistent with the Medical Staff by-laws required.
